Which Camp is Right for Me?
Intensive Commuter Camps provide high-level training for wrestlers who are serious about developing their skills in the off season. If you are up for a challenge this camp is for you!
The Technique Commuter Camps offer the same hands-on approach and personal attention, but focus more on proper technique and skill development. The Technique Commuter Camps are perfect for all wrestlers who desire to reach their personal best and excel in the sport.
The Team camp is geared toward teams or individuals that are looking for quality technique, intense drills, and team competition. It is our hope that by doing this we will ensure that every camper is getting the opportunity to challenge themselves with each training concepts (i.e. technique, tactics, running, drilling etc.) and live matches.
There will be a strong focus on teaching each wrestler how to excel at the next level through proper techniques and college style training. Wrestlers will be placed on teams that will be led by current college wrestlers. The day will be broken up with fast-paced technique sessions, drills and skills, and live matches.
